CBC Members' League - 24th July 2011

Challengers Badminton Club Conducted a internal Members League on 23rd July 2011.

Here are the glimpses of the event......

 The league started and awesome performances followed.....

Teams worked out on Strategies of their own..,, to give their best 

Expectations from other members started raising high, every match.....

And in mid of the league,... we celebrated Jaga's Birth day... we call him by nick name 200% Jaga.. as he wish to deliver 200% of his effort always... :) 

 Thatzz a service... 

Our senior most player Narashiman sir gave a "thank you" speech...

Some of his words: 

"These type of internal leagues help us to bench mark with in ourselves and acts as a very good booster to the game"

"We need to do this on regular intervals - like every Quarter" 

We had tough fights on the court but out side the lines... we are very good friends... what you see here is such a lighter moment..

The CBC team: 

From Left.. Senthil (our H'ble Guest), Toby, Narashiman, Yeathish Gopinath, Munish Raja, Jaga Deesh, Balaji Jr, Bharath, Pasupathy, Babu, Balaji Sr & Sai

Narashiman sir - Babu combination won the league match and made their journey till semifinals... Won 4th Ranking..

Sai - Raja Team made up till semifinals -  won the battle for 3rd ranking and won it.. Raja & Sai receiving the medal from the Club's Manager George Toby

Energetic performance by Yeathish and Bharath made their way clear till Finals... Won the RUNNER UP Title..

The right combination of perfection and energy made Jaga & Balaji win the Title of WINNERS...

The Challengers Badminton Club Thanks Mr. Senthil for his time... and encouragement he gave to the teams...

Not the end.... this is a start.... a lot more to follow...

We plan to organize a non medalist Doubles Tournament Shortly..
